2012-09-07, it sounds good but a ltlite idealistic. I really like the swimming idea, just because that will use all your muscles without you even realizing it. (And it's fun to do with friends) i'd never be able to go to the gym everyday after school though. You should try going to the gym for assorted exercises some days, and do some stuff at home when you just can't go. I'd recommend yoga, jump roping (you'll look like Rocky, but it really is good for you), and some floor exercises like push ups and sit ups.As for your diet, try replacing most beverages with water or milk.
